SHOW HOURS Friday, September 23 Show Set-up 7:00 am to 12:00 noon Judging 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm Show Premier 5:30 pm until 8:00 pm
Saturday, September 24 Exhibits open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Shell Show Banquet 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm
Sunday, September 25 Exhibits open 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Show Break Down 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm
Regular museum admission charges will be in effect. Exhibitors and volunteers will be provided complimentary passes for the duration of the show.
SHOW SET-UP Friday, September 23 7:00 am to 12:00 Noon
SHOW BREAK-DOWN Sunday, September 25 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

ENTRY DEADLINE September 1, 2011
CHAIRPERSON John Timmerman 206 Quail Ridge Rd. ELIGIBILITY Entry is open to anyone submitting an application. Acceptance is on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no entry fee.
SPACE It has always been the policy of the North Carolina Shell Show not to limit space for any exhibit. Only once in recent history was the show forced to tell an exhibitor that the exhibit he wished to bring had to be shortened to fit available space. We intend to continue this tradition, whenever possible. Therefore, exhibitors wishing to enter large exhibits should reserve their space as early as possible.
