Entry is open to anyone submitting an application. Acceptance is on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no entry fee.
Exhibitors and vendors will receive a detailed map showing the location of the Convention Center, noting the loading dock, public parking lots and exhibitor parking approximately two weeks before the show.
It is the policy of the North Carolina Shell Show not to limit space for any exhibit. If you do have a large exhibit we recommend entering early to ensure it is positioned with as few turns as possible.
Only once in recent history was the show forced to request that an exhibit be reduced in size to fit available space. In 2013 the show reached the limit of our space. It is our goal to continue welcoming all entries but it is imperative that exhibitors wishing to enter large exhibits reserve their space as early as possible.
